Our Story: The Condere Group was officially founded in 2002, as a toy manufacturer and distributor. From a humble start of selling toys on the side of the road, we have since grown to become a general merchandise wholesaler with over 20 distribution centres across South Africa.

Our well-established infrastructure and our network of connections with shipping and clearing agents makes the import and delivery of goods as timeous and efficient as possible. When it comes to shipping direct from China, customers can expect timings of around a month to 7 weeks from order date.

At Condere Distributors, we believe in giving all businesses, big or small, the opportunity to sell our products. Therefore, we have easy-to-meet requirements for those who have are interested. To find these, all you need do is contact us via phone or email.
For your convenience, we have two locations available to both view and purchase goods. Upon visiting us, one of our sales team will assist and guide you. These locations can be found below (or give us a call and we’ll send a location pin to your mobile). We do require that you make an appointment prior to arrival.
We require payment in full, prior to leaving our warehouse. In certain cases, we may offer 30 days from purchase. COD is possible when delivery can be arranged.
A 6-month repair warranty covers the majority of our products. To know the policy on specific items, you can ask your sales consultant. We have direct access to our suppliers’ repair departments as well as our own repair shop, which operates 7 days a week.
Due to the large quantity of stocked items, it is not possible for us to display all products. All queries relating to product availability can be answered by our team.
Delivery can be arranged for those who require it.

All returns must be sent directly to the seller. The seller can send their returned goods to Condere Group, who will repair or replace them.
